Salvia 'Fairy Mix'
Salvia Fairy Mix seeds - Tall graceful spikes of creamy white, deep pink and denim blue flowers
Approx 20 Seeds
Lets talk about them
Easy to grow flower filler. Tall stems with leaf like elegant flowers.
Really versatile can be used fresh or dried - a must grow.
I really dig salvia, its one of those enigmas between flower and foliage - sometimes its exactly what you need in a bouquet.
How to make these beauties grow
Sow: Autumn and overwinter in a greenhouse or cold frame. Or mid spring 6-8 weeks before the last frost.
How: Surface sow and cover lightly - light required for germination. Can tolerate light frosts.
Where: Full sun
Days to Maturity: 80-95 days
Pick: When all the flowers have coloured up. Expect 7days+ vase life. Can also be dried.
Notes From The Garden
Nothing beats a morning stroll and a good cup of tea walking around the garden in the morning. Always remember, the milk goes in after the hot water when making a cup of tea. Yorkshire tea is the best, forget about Dilmah - you can buy yorkshire tea in Countdown.
As this is a mix I recommend sowing the full packet to get the full colour range.
