    Delightfully quirky plant with long narrow silvery leaves and yellow balls on the end. Super versatile looks awesome planted en masse in the garden, in flower arrangements and if that isn’t enough – perfect for drying.


  • How to make these beauties grow

    Sow: Indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Transplant after danger of frost has passed.


    How: surface sow and lightly cover.


    Space: 25cm   


    Height 90cm   


    Where: full sun


    Days to Maturity: 110-120 days


    Pick: When the balls are fully formed (all yellow) but before they set seed.


    Perennial - if protected from frost 

  • Notes From The Garden

    Might need staking if you want super straight stems – personally I love the little natural kinks and curves of nature. Very drought tolerant once estalished (Australian Native).
