Cosmos are iconic. Who even are you if don't grow at least 1 variety of cosmos in your garden? I love them, you love them, and the bees love them. Amazing cut flower oozing whimsical cottage garden vibes. Cosmos Fizzy White has to be my favourite cosmos! she grows so easily, reliably and prolifically - and goes with everything. Every year I make sure I have at least 2 or 3 of these scattered around my garden. They is also something lovely about a big bunch of cosmos just sat on your kitchen bench too.
How to make these beauties grow
...
Sow: Early spring. 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Direct sow after danger of frost has passed.
How: Surface sow and lightly cover.
Space: 45cm
Height: 90cm
Where: Full Sun
Days to maturity: 75-90 days
Pick: Before the flowers are fully open and the bees get to them (sorry bees). Snip off the main flower head once its spent - as the other flowers will open.

Pinch tips when plants are around 15-20cm to encourage bushier plants. Dead head to prolong flowering season.
